Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using NonStops.net, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The MVP is intended for users aged 16 or older.

The service

NonStops.net helps players discover clubs and courts, connect with other players, participate in community features, and organize or join padel tournaments. The service is under active development, so features may change, be incomplete, or be temporarily unavailable.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your account and sign-in credentials secure.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Bookings, clubs, and tournaments

Clubs and tournament organizers may set their own availability, participation, cancellation, refund, scoring, and conduct rules. You are responsible for reviewing those rules before booking or joining. NonStops.net provides coordination tools but does not guarantee court availability, player attendance, match outcomes, or information supplied by clubs, organizers, or users.

Payments

When payment features are enabled, payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Prices, applicable taxes, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility should be shown before confirmation. Club- or organizer-specific purchases may also be subject to their terms. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by NonStops.net.

Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant NonStops.net a limited permission to host, process, display, and share that content as needed to operate the features you choose to use.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead another person.
• Post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the service, bypass security, or access data without permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or misuse the service.
• Manipulate tournament results, rankings, bookings, or payments.

Our content and software

NonStops.net and its software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Suspension and account deletion

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. During the private MVP, you can request account deletion through our Support page.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to operate the service with reasonable care, but the private MVP is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, NonStops.net is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, user conduct, sporting injuries, or services independently provided by clubs, organizers, payment providers, or other third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes and ending the service

We may update the service and these terms as the MVP develops. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date. You may stop using the service at any time. We may discontinue all or part of the MVP after providing reasonable notice when practical.

Applicable law and contact
