Account and privacy requests
Delete an account
Email us from the address connected to your NonStops.net account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may request verification before deleting account data.
Access or correct personal data
Send the request to hello@nonstops.net. We will respond according to applicable privacy law.
Useful details for bug reports
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- Whether you use iPhone or Android.
- A screenshot, if it does not expose sensitive information.
- The tournament, club, or booking involved, if applicable.
Response time
During the private MVP, we aim to respond within three business days. Urgent payment or account-security issues should be clearly identified in the subject line.
