Privacy policy
This policy explains how nonstops.net collects and uses personal data while operating its padel community and nonstop coordination service.

Services that process data
We use service providers to operate the app, including Google Firebase for authentication, databases, storage, server functions, hosting, and infrastructure; Google for optional sign-in on supported platforms and maps-related services; Google Forms and Google Sheets for MVP-interest questionnaires; and Expo for app build and delivery services. The current release does not process payments or provide native push delivery.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Public website measurement
On the public website only, we use Google Analytics in a permanently denied-storage configuration to understand aggregate page and call-to-action use. It does not set analytics or advertising cookies, create a persistent analytics identifier, enable advertising features, or link visits into a personal journey.
Cookieless requests may still include the sanitized page path and title, locale, coarse source category, timestamp, browser or user-agent details, consent state, and a random value generated for that page load. We remove query strings, fragments, raw referrer URLs, form values, event or account identifiers, names, email addresses, and precise location before an event is sent. Google processes these limited measurements on our behalf.
Our purpose and legitimate interest is to understand whether the public information is useful and where people choose to explore or contact us. Event-level retention is limited to two months; aggregate reports may be retained longer. You may object to this processing by contacting hello@nonstops.net.
Legal bases
Depending on the feature, we process data to provide the service you request, based on your consent, to pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or to meet legal obligations. You can withdraw permission for location, photos, camera, and notifications in your device settings.
Sharing and public visibility
Profile details, player level, rankings, tournament participation, and community activity may be visible to other users when those features are enabled. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers, clubs or organizers involved in a requested service, or when required by law. Public nonstop pages expose only the limited event and roster identity needed to understand and request that nonstop.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only while it is needed for the service, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. Send requests to hello@nonstops.net.
Account deletion
Signed-in players can permanently delete their account in Settings. Deletion removes the authentication identity and private/public player profile data. Completed nonstop results remain under an anonymized deleted-player identity. Deletion is temporarily blocked while the account owns an upcoming or live nonstop or club, or participates in a live board. If you cannot sign in, email hello@nonstops.net.
Children and changes
The MVP is not intended for children under 16. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
